We appreciate you selecting Proadept Academy as your training partner. Our dedication lies in delivering top-notch instruction and support. Kindly note that there are no refunds for any fees paid for any programs, courses, or other educational services.

The Details of the Policy:

1. No Refunds: There are no refunds for any payments, including study materials, registration, and training. Under no circumstances may a payment be refunded or reversed once it has been processed.
2. Course Withdrawal: You won’t be eligible for reimbursement or a refund of the money you paid if you decide to drop out of a course or program.
3. Service Cancellation: A complete refund will be given if Academy Management has to cancel the entire course session. However, there won’t be any reimbursements given if a service or course is rescheduled or altered.
4. Unusual Circumstances: Refund requests based on extraordinary, unusual or exceptional circumstances will be considered case-by-case by Proadept Academy, and approval does not imply a refund.
5. Other Administrative Charges: There are no refunds for any administrative charges or fees related to the payment processing.
