Hiring Urgently Placement Manager (Full-Time)

We are looking for a committed and experienced Placement Manager to help students in all courses at our prestigious Academy obtain employment and experiential learning opportunities. This person will also be in charge of guiding, preparing, and enhancing our students’ hiring potential, ensuring a smooth transition into the job market. Furthermore, you will be in charge of actively supporting internships and helping our students get placed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create a strong connection with employers to help our students secure employment.
• Work together with the course instructors to comprehend students’ skill sets and match them with appropriate career prospects.
• Plan and carry out career-related events, such as job fairs.
• Help students define their professional paths and prepare for their futures by offering them career help and mentoring for interviews.
• Perform in-depth research on the job market to be up to date on industry developments.
• Encourage consistent communication with the appropriate management and trainers.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate or postgraduate degree in any field of study.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years working as a manager for placement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, displaying endurance and patience
• Strong professional connections and familiarity with corporations
