Hiring Full-Time Academic Business Development Manager (Urgent Vacancy)

The Academic Business Development Manager will create new business opportunities by reaching out to potential candidates and developing strategic collaborations with universities and educational institutions. As an Academic Business Developer, you will also work on executing effective campaigns, and seminars and attend educational events to represent Proadept Academy and promote our brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Call and acquire students in enrolling for our courses
  • Share course details on calls, highlighting their educational value
  • Convert leads successfully
  • Enroll students on our learning platform, meeting monthly sales targets
  • Onboard students by effectively communicating course benefits
  • Lead follow-up and keep track of records
  • Efficiently manage databases for smooth enrollment


  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Must be experienced in the educational business development field
  • Should have experience in conducting seminars
  • Ability to meet monthly targets
